Children of Men

CHILDREN OF MEN is set in London in 2027. For almost twenty years women around the world have been infertile, and climate change, terrorism and social unrest have seen a collapse of world order.

In Britain, a hard-line government imprisons all foreigners as a matter of course.

Theo Faron, (CLIVE OWEN), a former activist now a bureaucrat, seems resigned to his fate.

Theo’s one pleasure in life is the company of his old friend, Jasper, (MICHAEL CAINE), who lives hidden away in the countryside.

Theo is approached by a former lover, Julian, (JULIANNE MOORE), who is now leader of an underground group fighting for the rights of refugees. One of them, Kee, (CLARE-HOPE ASHITEY), needs their help; somehow, she’s pregnant.
